While numerous collaboration tools cater to developers and project managers, a significant gap exists in facilitating seamless collaboration, discussion, and organization of UX processes for designers and product teams. This lack of a dedicated tool often leads to a lack of systematic handling of UX processes and disrupts collaboration between the two teams. Consequently, they may find themselves discussing disparate user needs while referencing disorganized data and processes.
Approach
As a UX designer, I've always sought ways to streamline our processes and put the user at the forefront. Traditional methods involve juggling spreadsheets and switching between tools, hindering team collaboration. Discovering Notion's versatile features, including various table styles, inspired me to create a tool that simplifies UX methods and fosters seamless team communication, bringing everything together for a user-centric design approach.
